Order Processing

All products are made to order. Once your order is placed, production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipment.

Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, processing times may vary slightly depending on product type, order volume, and seasonal demand.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Creative Press ships only within the United States.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Times

After production is completed, standard shipping typically takes:

  • 3–7 business days within the United States

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or high order volumes.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items ordered and delivery destination.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Multiple Shipments

Because our products may be fulfilled by different production partners, some orders may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Creative Press is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier.

While we cannot guarantee carrier delivery times, customer satisfaction is important to us and we’ll help resolve issues whenever possible.
